概要	This study report Japanese adolescent and adult cases and examines the effectiveness of Client-Centered CBT. In a case study, SDS and GAF had been improved through 10 sessions within half a year. And examination of effectiveness by paired-test had suggested the desirable changes after CCCBT. The results have suggested that chronic depressive symptoms might improve relatively quickly with applying the assessment of the stage of depressive process and personality style to cognitive restructuring.
