概要	From the viewpoints of the possibility that public support in purchasing and owning a residential housing might have some effects to promote the asset inequality, this paper will make it clear that benefits of owner-occupied housing policy are trivial in no case, that the indirect support with tax expenditure surpasses the direct assistance with budget outlays, and that higher income a head of household earns, larger benefits he gains, especially in the tax saving of the lower level governments.
