概要 | Reflective practice (RP) is central to becoming a competent and effective teacher. This presentation describes how we used RP to approach a new teaching practice, using movie extracts as role-play scripts. During each of the three teaching cycles of selection, practice and performance, the presenters made field notes in class which formed the basis of three collaborative dialogue sessions. Analysis showed new understandings of our teaching emerged and our sense of efficacy increased. |
