概要	Review with 45 refs. Syntheses of rotaxanes consisting of crown ether as the wheel component and sec-ammonium salt as the axle component are discussed while focusing on the hydrogen bonding interaction between them, with emphasis on new synthetic methods and high-yielding syntheses. Some methods for synthesizing polyrotaxanes are also described. Control of hydrogen bonding interaction existing in such rotaxanes by neutralization and N-functionalization is studied, being directed toward their application to mol. devices.
