概要 | This study examines the Risk Assessment and Management system for Power lifeline (RAMP), which is widely used by general transmission and distribution companies in Japan. RAMP was developed as a system that accelerates emergency restoration in the event of an unexpected disaster, such as an earthquake or a progressive disaster such as a typhoon. In this paper, we compare the characteristics of damage to power distribution equipment that have been caused by recent earthquakes and typhoons with respect to RAMP and analyze the reproducibility of the damage. Examples of the applications of RAMP applications in the 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and the 2016 Kumamoto Earthquake are presented. Finally, the use of RAMP as a common platform for multi-hazards and complex hazards and its development prospects are discussed. |
