| 概要 | This study examined the moderating effect of psychological capital (PsyCap) on the relationship between goal difficulty and work engagement, using data from 1,404 employees of Japanese companies. The analysis revealed that higher goal difficulty was associated with greater engagement, and that PsyCap strengthened this relationship. The findings contribute to management accounting research from a psychological perspective. |
