| 概要 | In this study, we show the characteristics of project-based production for products with strong seasonality and unpredictable demand. Then, we develop an operational planning method that determines the production plan and the employment plan of temporary workers in consideration of the workers' learning effects on responding to the demand changes effectively. We explain the developed method in detail, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the method by applying it to the home use air conditioning equipment production. |
