概要	1,1-Bis(dimethylamino)ethylene (ketene N,N-acetal) (I) reacted with isocyanates to give either 1:1 adduct 3,3-bis(dimethylamino)acrylamides (II) or 1:2 adduct bis(dimethylamino)methylenemalonamides (III), depending on the amt. of the charged isocyanate. II was obtained selectively in the case of isocyanate/I = 1, while III was exclusively yielded in the case of isocyanate/I = 2. Isothiocyanate showed similar reaction behavior as isocyanate. Polyaddn. of I with diisocyanates afforded polyamides bearing a bis(dimethylamino)methylenemalonamide group with higher mol. wt. The obtained novel polyamides are sol. in various org. solvents, and reacted with diacid chloride to give crosslinked polymer quant.
