| 概要 | I described and analyzed the experiential, political, and scientific process by which an African-centered linguistic paradigm was established that posits that the mother tongue of the majority of descendants of enslaved Africans in the United States is not English but an African language. I suggest that the selectivity and subjectivity of scientific standards can be seen in the entire linguistics as well as the African-centered paradigm. |
