| 概要 | Transport to and within Ogasawara islands, Japan was problematic for the tourism development. The issues of the transport system were examined and they were availability, capacity and environmental concerns. It was found that the primary factor taken into account for the improvement of the transport system was the balance between vulnerable natural resources and sustainable development since the transport development was based on the growth of ecotourists, divers and whale watchers on the islands. |
