| 概要 | Concerns are growing about safety and health of seamen working on vessels, as they are exposed to high risks at work. Their accident rate in 2016, 7.2 per 1000 workers, was five times higher than that in industries. In order to mitigate the risks of seamen, we developed the Work Improvement on Board (WIB) OSHMS program by applying participatory action-oriented training (PAOT) methods. |
