概要	In this study, we analyze the characteristics of the project-based production under the learning effects of the temporary workers and demand uncertainty. Then, we develop an operational planning method which determines the production plan and the employment plan of temporary workers in consideration of the learning effects according to the amount of production so as to respond to the demand changes effectively. We explain the developed method in detail, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed method by applying it to the home use air conditioning equipment production.
