| 概要 | This paper proposes a project management framework, considering both quality and productivity of the system requirements definition, to make an information system development project succeed. The proposed framework makes a requirements definition plan. In addition, the proposed framework checks the deviation of the plan, and modifies the human resources organization for the system requirements definition to improve quality of the deliverables and productivity of the system requirements definition phase. |
