概要	Under the background of COVID-19, it is very difficult to distribute materials to the community due to the existence of super infectious virus. In this paper, we have established an unmanned distribution model with the shortest distribution time and the greatest community satisfaction. The improved whale optimization algorithm is used to solve the target model. The results show that the improved whale algorithm has better convergence and stability.
