概要	This paper puts forward the cooperative distribution mode of truck carrying UAV under public health events, which overcomes the disadvantages of UAV with small load and short driving time, and solves the problem that part of the road section vehicles can not pass due to road congestion and damage. At the same time, the improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.
