概要 | This paper puts forward the cooperative distribution mode of truck carrying UAV under public health events, which overcomes the disadvantages of UAV with small load and short driving time, and solves the problem that part of the road section vehicles can not pass due to road congestion and damage. By considering the urgency of the disaster site, the UAV path optimization model with the goal of emergency distribution score and total transportation cost is constructed. At the same time, the improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed to solve the problem, which improves the global search ability, makes the solution results better meet the timeliness of emergency material distribution, avoids the occurrence of unreasonable disaster relief and resource waste, And achieved the purpose of rapid and accurate disaster scene rescue. |
