概要	個別受注生産を対象に，顧客の製品への要求を漏れなく且つ正確に把握する為に，顧客要求の定義及び，顧客要求の製品仕様への自動展開仕組みを開発し，穴明け加工機を事例に，設計に必要な顧客要求を把握できることを発表した。
