| 概要 | This paper will focus on imported textiles collected in Japan until the modern period and discusses the question of Japanese perception towards imported materials and especially their role and integration in the connoisseurship associated with various form of Japanese Art, such as the Art of Tea Ceremony established in the 16th Century. |
