| 概要 | This study examines how ethical leadership influences migrant hospitality workers' psychological well-being in Japan by addressing their perceived social exclusion. As the migrant workforce grows globally, understanding leadership's role in fostering inclusion is vital for workplace ethics, teamwork, and organisational performance. The research aims to enhance knowledge of how ethical leadership alleviates exclusion and promotes well-being. It also offers practical insights for hospitality managers on fostering inclusive environments, ultimately improving employee retention and organisational outcomes. |
