| 概要 | We studied why Japanese multinational corporations avoid sending expatriates to African subsidiaries and explored alternative methods of knowledge transfer. The study reveals that peer subsidiaries in Turkey and Portugal acted as intermediaries, effectively transferring Japanese management systems to a Tunisian plant. It highlights that cultural and geographic proximity enables successful knowledge transfer without long-term Japanese expatriates. |
