| 概要 | This study aims to restructure professional development (PD) competencies in Japanese teacher education. The concept of professionalism can be used to describe the attitudes and psychological characteristics of members of a profession or those aspiring to become professionals.The research question focused on the inter-groupdifference factors between faculty and staff regarding PD, and whether these factors can be influenced within the PD framework. |
